Ed Goucher is a compact, semi-evergreen shrub with a lilac-pink bloom. Grows up to 3-5 ft. tall and wide. It can take full sun (best flower production) or part shade. Easily grown in average, medium moisture, well-drained soils. Low maintenance, this shrub is generally pest and disease free as well as deer resistant. Blooms on new wood, so prune as needed in late winter to early spring. May need hard pruning every 3-4 years.
