Italian cypress trees grow best in full sun but can tolerate minor shade. They are adaptable to just about any soil that drains well. We do recommend amending heavy clay soil with some potting mix to improve soil quality and drainage. Can grow up to 115ft tall and 10ft wide! However, the tree usually averages 50 feet in height and 3 feet in width. The Italian cypress has a dense columnar crown and is symmetrical in shape.
